Flores Raras Restaurant represents a new chapter where cuisine is built around stews, memory, and sensitivity. Under the direction of Carolina Álvarez, the project preserves the technical rigour and Quique Dacosta’s DNA, now expressed through a more intimate and personal perspective.
The concept begins with local sourcing, and opens up to the world through experience, resulting in dishes that reinterpret recipes and cultures through a fine-dining lens.
